I failed many times trying to find my way in this nonprofit space. There were moments I felt lost, unsure, and honestly questioning if I was even doing it right. But what changed everything for me was getting connected to the right people amazing nonprofit consultants, grant writers, and driven leaders who took the time to pour into me. And through all of that, I started believing in myself. This didn’t come easy, but it came with commitment.
